Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the The Carriage House Car Wash website, rewards program, or any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Rewards Program
- The Carriage House Rewards program awards 1 point per visit (unless a promotion is active).
- After 8 points, you earn a free premium wash code.
- Free wash codes expire 90 days after issuance. Expired codes are removed from your dashboard but may still be honored at the pay station at our discretion.
- Points expire after 12 months of inactivity (no check-ins). We will send reminder notifications before expiration.
- Points and rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable.
- Check-ins require GPS verification that you are physically at our car wash location.
- One check-in is allowed per day per member.
- Fleet account holders are not eligible for the loyalty rewards program.
Referral Program
- Members may refer friends using their unique referral code.
- When a referred friend signs up, they receive a free wash code and the referrer earns 2 bonus points.
- Referral rewards are limited to 5 per calendar year per member.
- Self-referrals and duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in account termination.
Birthday Rewards
- Members who provide their birthday receive a free wash code on their birthday each year.
- Birthday wash codes are valid for 30 days from issuance.
- One birthday reward per member per calendar year.
Streak Bonuses
- Members who wash at least once every 7 days build a consecutive week streak.
- Every 4 consecutive weeks earns 1 bonus point.
- Streaks reset if more than 7 days pass between visits.
Program Changes
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the rewards program, including point values, reward thresholds, and bonus structures, at any time.
- We will provide at least 30 days notice for material changes via SMS and/or email to enrolled members.
- Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
- All program features, promotions, and bonus structures are subject to change.
3. Prepaid Wash Cards
- Prepaid cards are non-refundable.
- Cards do not expire.
- Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
- Bonus amounts (e.g., 10% bonus on $100+ loads) are applied at time of purchase.
4. Fleet Accounts
Fleet account applications are subject to approval. Fleet pricing and terms are as described in the fleet application agreement. We reserve the right to modify fleet pricing with 30 days written notice.
5. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By opting in to SMS notifications from The Carriage House Car Wash, you agree to the following:
- Program: The Carriage House Car Wash Loyalty Rewards SMS Program sends text messages related to your loyalty rewards account, including point balance updates, free wash notifications, promotional offers (such as double-point weather events), birthday rewards, referral rewards, reward expiration reminders, and account verification codes.
- Message frequency: Approximately 1–6 messages per month, depending on your account activity and active promotions.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
- Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may use all features of the loyalty rewards program without opting in to SMS.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from SMS notifications. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent. Additional opt-out keywords: UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, END.
- Opt-in: Reply START to re-subscribe to SMS notifications after opting out. Additional opt-in keywords: SUBSCRIBE, YES, UNSTOP.

- Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
- Carriers: Supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your verification codes with others. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Attempting to check in without being physically present at the car wash
- Creating multiple accounts to earn additional rewards
- Using automated tools to interact with our services
- Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the rewards program
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the value of services you have purchased from us.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
